Refund policy

At Altura Moda, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns that meet our return policy requirements may be approved for store credit.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
